Never heard that before. Filled in the wrong form maybe?

Get on the phone. Sadly there is a lot of muppet chasing when registering a kit car.

NOVA is Notification of Vehicle arrival. This is when they think the vehicle is imported. Obviously one box has been missed when filling out the paper work. I would call them and explain its a home build. They then may want proof of chassis newness. Receipts of the steel should work.

Call them, its the only way things will progress for you.

Thanks, I did send them the self built declaration. I shall call them to clear this up.
I thought IVA was going to be a night mare but passed the first time no problem. This is a real night mare!!!!!!!!!
