First off, I know I have to have an iluminated fog light, but does the switch have to be labeled for SVA?
Secondly, are sidelights an SVA requirement?
Thanks.

Fog Light has to have a warning indicator i.e. light. I'm pretty much sure is has to be labelled too - if in doubt, include it.
Sidelights or Parking Lights are requiement for SVA.

Can't comment on the first point, but there is a requirement for what the SVA Manual calls "position lights" - either little lights in
the headlight reflector, or separate lights.
You'll need these for when you're parking in an unlit street... (as if you would park a 7 in such a place...)

Fog doesn't need a label. Recommend you get the SVA manual is it tells you all of this.
park lights are different from position lights eehh..
park light are activated with the direction indicator and the contact switch off then only one side of the vehicle should be lightning...
position lights are all the 4 or more lights...
in fact the rears are driven from the position/park circuit and then dip and high are extra for the front.
my car doesn't have the parking lights...
sow if you put indicator to the left and switch everything off and you leave the car.
no bulb would be emitting light
i don't thingk its SVA because its difficult to wire and don't thingk that locostbuilders do put in this kind of options/extra wich they
never would use.
Who takes a risk of finding a dead battery? the rears are still 21watts + 5
Would be 26watts from 12volts.. is 2amps..
Cheers,
Tks
