Greeting
Can some body please tell me how when mr dvla inspects my car for the first time before the sva test he know what the car is , surely you can tell him
it is anything i.e westfield / robinhood.
Asuming he can tell it is a locost what will go down on the log book.
Strange question i know
Not sure as I've not been there myself but my car is registered on my V5 as a Timag but as far as my tiny mind can tell it is a locost so perhaps you can call it whatever you want but I'm sure there are more knowledgable people on here than me that will give you the right answer
You need to declare a manufacturer and model on the dvla built up inspection application form.
If you made the chassis yourself, then you can call it whatever you like - apart from an existing manufacturers name.
the chassis is a genuing locost , i have no paper work to prove it though , does that mean i can not have locost on the v5
The man will ask you the manufacturer (his imagination will not stretch to anyone having built their own chassis). Tell him what you want, I told him to put Allanson Se7en.
Hi Davrus, I called mine: make:- Samol, Model:- Super Sport. and thats what it say's on the log book, (sorry V5). Why Samol, it's my surname
backwards.. So as said call it what you like. "Survad Seven".

Regards Ray.
i'm going to call mine secret 7
