1.Was the vehicle built by a company or person in the business of building vehicles, either for themselves or on behalf of another person.

2.was the vehicle built by yourself for your own personnel use

3.was the vehicle built by yourself and individuals acting on your behalf.

Assuming you built it yourself, it is probably best to keep it simple and use option 2. Otherwise you may be asked to submit more info from the other people involved (if any)
