Well wish me luck after the last disaster (see earlier post)

I've got it booked in for 17th August at Nottingham

I've got it booked on a rolling road in Lincoln the Friday before to sort out what I'm sure are carburettor problems.

It's going on a trailer just in case, no more trying to drive it there!!

The DVLA man is arranged at Nottingham in the afternoon and he's going to check the car and help me with the paperwork. He's more or less told me if everything is okay, he can give me a reg number even if I have to wait for the tax disc to appear in the post.

So hopefully as the 17th is my birthday, I'm going to get a brilliant present and will be able to spend the evening racing around Lincolnshire
