I've just bought a ZX9 engine and wondered if there was any way of finding out any history off its number i.e year manufactured (forgot to ask or look at the number plate) or owt else??

Okay I've found this out. If anyone would like to check the year of registration or which model (ie C1) their Kawasaki engine is, give Kawasaki UK a ring on 01628 856600 and they'll tell you if its had or due any recalls too.
