Hi to you all at Locost Builders.

I have just got my hands on a 750MC racing car and want to put it on the road. is there anyone in the Suffolk area who would check car over to point out any bits that I have missed so i definately pass first time. i am also after a silencer that will bring noise down from 106db to SVA compliance. As steve says, post up a few pics to start with and you will get loads of viewpoints

Never call me a pessimist.... but it's not that common to pass first time! So don't be too disappointed if you don't get it first time.

Other than that most used racers I've seen have looked pretty ropey! With SVA it's all about impressions. If the car looks tidy and well put together the inspector is gonna think it is. So stripping atleast the wishbones and the like and painting them will certainly help!

Everyone's got to start somewhere! I think the 1st post restriction only applies to the For Sale section...

Back on topic... I'm sure we can organise a 'raiding party' to give the car a once-over. Maybe when the weather improves a bit so we can pull the car out into the sunshine and give it a good looking-at.
