i was asked today if you could use the lettering from any eu country on you reg plate ,
as we are in the eu
i was not 100% sure .
e.g i was on my holls in germany and mine got stolen so i got them local in officer.
(i would like to stick the german lettering on my cay i like the style of the letters)
I suspect the answer is no since the plates have to use the one font.
No, you have to use the UK Font, spacing etc to be legal.
Are you sure?
There are an awful lot of 'poseurs' going around with modified f positioning, and fonts on their plates.
Yes, and they're all breaking the law (although there seems to be a degree of tolerance).
This tells you all you need to know: http://www.dvla.gov.uk/media/pdf/leaflets/displayofnumberplates.pdf

Will that come with a free baseball cap to wear at night?
Yes and it'll show you how to wire your front fog lights so they can't be turned off by mistake (or at all) and how to use a standard
everyday dustbin to make a subtle and sporty exhaust for your 950cc Corsa
