I have purposely not hired a catalyst to reduce cost of having to re hire it for the retest, so I know its going to fail on emissions but I haven’t
had the time to set up the Digi dash, will they still see the car even though it doesn’t read mph, gears???
the exhaust heat shield? IIRC you need one...
and also if the car has a reverse gear, doesnt it need the reversing light too?
I reckon the mirrors may be a little low to get required fields of view..

have you still got 2 security devices with the push start?
is the padding on the wing mirrors perminant enough?
correct radius on top of shifter?
radius on the exhaust clamps/brackets?
Looking good though! 
What's the height of the rear lights? They look a tad low.
How have you fixed the pipe lagging around the bottom of the scuttle?

Neither a heatsheild on the exhaust or a reversing light is a requirement of sva or MOT.
The only requirement is that if they ARE fitted that they comply with the radius ,projections, correct position and that they work.
I heard that bald tyres are ok for SVA
So long as they meet the speed rating.

Main beam
Indicators

10. If you have a reverse lamp fitted it must either be turned off automatically when you come out of reverse (like car gearboxes do) other wise if a reverse lamp is fitted the switch must operate a warning lamp for it.
