Can anyone confirm that you do not need a heat shield for the SVA. I was planning on wrapping the entire length in the heat resisting tape.

No shield tape will be perfect.

No nothing was said at mine and i had the headers glowing cherry red during emissions test so dont worry!

No requirement for SVA, either on the manifold or exhaust and silencer.

Yeah, the SVA doesn't mind you burning people, just as long as you don't cut them on any sharp edges
