Q3. What exactly do they want as "Full model description"?

Q15. Why does it say "Only answer this question if you have a goods vehicle." then 2 sentences later "...goods vehicles and...class A..."?

On our form we put:

Q3: MK Indy

Q15: Axle 1 = 425kg , Axle 2 = 450kg, Gross = 900kg

We classed ours as class A = Amateur build, so Q15 applies.

Off topic, but combined axle weights should be equal to or (preferably) more than gross weight.
