Does anyone have a link or know the website for checking where an old registration/car is. My dad is trying to find his old motorbike. Velocette.

Hi Graham

You can look on the DVLA web site to see if the reg number is still on a vehicle and I think it will tell you what make of vehicle it is.

However it won't tell you where it is or who owns it for data protection reasons

Data protectionb my arse!

They sell this info and made several million last year through it! there was a bit of a scandal in the papers because just about anyone can get acces for a couple of grand - even a couple of ex cons got permission....

For the DVLA one you need to put the treg and the make. With My Car Check you just put the reg
