my current wing mirrors will not pass the sva but I have a pair of suction cup mirrors which I use when towing my caravan, these give me very good rear view, will they be allowed for sva

Mac#1 tell me it's ok to use a suction cup rear view mirror, so I can't see why it's any different (IMHO)

I used a suction cup rear view for SVA. I stuck it on with a bit of scilicone sealant and it was fine - in fact it's still on 2 years later.

I used suction cup mirror on mine for SVA - no silicon - no problem. 1 year llater and its still going strong. Halfords do a range of sizes and the all cost less than a tenner. As long as the mirrors are secure I cant see a problem.
