Can I get this through the SVA test?

Hi,

I'm considering building this car below but am not sure that it would pass the SVA, can anyone spot any issues?

Thanks.

Wait a minute though... I have a brainwave... what if... what if... you put a bike engine in it

I think the arrow on the front might fail the projections/radius requirement!

yes, quite a few. you will need brakes, seat belts, steering mechanism, mudguards and lights.

is there a section where you can apply for steam powered vehicles?

Might need a heat shield.

I believe a steam powered vehicle is exempt from the SVA in fact... I was reading about a steam car in practical classics that was registered on a 05 plate with no reference to SVA...

So.........all I need is a small nuclear reactor to make the steam to power a small steam turbine and I can avoid the hassle of the SVA

That was a good article in Practical Classics about the guy who built the replica 1902 steam wagon.
