i have a bias pedal box andd wanted to know what they would be looking for on the brake test
and other than roll pins what are other common faults people have had sva fails on pedal boxes

do a search on here as there are loads of pics and threads on this.
in short though you need to drill and pin either end.
it should not be able to be adjusted whilst in motion (yes i know the dash bit does this but that is under minimal tension so wont work its way loose with juddering)

handbrake i think was 25% (maybe 18)

as to lock up, on the rolling road it all depends on your gross weight, front and rear axle weights and the rolling road speeds

simple way to set up prior to driving is to jack up one side and get a mate to spin a front and rear wheel,
push pedal and once the front stops and cant be turned by hand the rear should drag slightly.
not an exact science but safe enough for you to go out on road i should think
DISCLAIMER in case you total it mind

Front should lock first.

You have to test on a dry road with a good surface, adjust the brakes so the fronts just lock first , then for SVA back off the setting to give two turns more to the front and pin & lock off.
