Would think so as long as there are no sharp radiuses that are contactable by the SVA testers sphere.

Yes- mine passed no bother. Tester didn't give it a second glance

My SVA tester appologised for failing me on the "sharp" edges of my rear reflectors. He said that I could put razor blades on my boot cover because they don't test that part of the body, but the reflectors have to fail.
