I have my sva a week on friday and wondered if i ought to go age related or 'Q' plate (2002 R1 engine)
I have done a few searches and seen that come mot time cars already on a 'Q' plate are easier (ie bin the cat) to get through mot ,does this still apply to cars sva'd now or have they closed this loophole.

A Q plate emision test at MOT is visible only, so i would thik this would be ongoing from SVA if you recieve a Q plate registration from the VRO.
