Do I need wipers for MOT?

My MOT is due next year after 3 years on the road and I just thought, do I need wipers?

Like most I didn't have a windscreen for SVA and have not got around to fitting wipers yet.

I have most of the bits so I probably will fit them as I'll be selling up early next year. I just wondered as it's another job I won't be able to put off if I want to stay on the road.

If you have a windscreen, you need wipers

yep you do but i had chat with tester
so he just gave a slip saying i had removed it

Windscreen needs wipers AND washers for the MoT.

Correct! If its not there it doesn't get tested.
