Where to get a valuation for agreed value purposes?
Humbug - 29/9/08 at 09:35 AM

I just renewed my insurance with Adrian Flux, and got a note saying "we have insured you on Market Value basis ans you haven't sent back the Agreed Value forms" (which they hadn't sent me...

The only clubs that I belong to at the mo are Lotus on Track, Sevenoaks and District Motor Club and this forum (if that counts as a club...). Any ideas where I could get a sensible and "official" valuation? Not that I don't trust any of you lot, but an email probably wouldn't cut it!

Cheers,

Simon

I just said I was a member of the Tiger Owners Club and filled in the valuation form - which they agreed to.

Just tell them you're a member of Locost Builders and fill in the form.

i did mine through Adrian Flux.

contact them and ask for an agreed valuation form. It costs £10, you fill in the form and send six photos and some details of the car. You then suggest a price at which you think your car is worth. They then assess it and either agree or amend and ask if you agree. I think every kitcar should have an agreed value, i dont think it should be an option,
