What forms need to accompany SVA1?

I'm finally applying for SVA,

I've filled in the SVA1 form, along with receipts of major components and pictures of the build. & £190 cheque...
What other forms need to accompany this?

Amateur build declaration or V627/1 Built up inspection report?

James

Am' build form, copies of reciepts (write "certified copy" on them and sign them) for major parts and some build photo's go with SVA1 to VOSA.

V627 goes with v55 to DVLA for registration. There's a list of the other documentation to accompany the V55 on the end of the form.

Thanks Adrian,

I have receipts for engine, engine refurb, exhausts, battery, steering wheel, shock absorbers, Pedal box, steering column, steering rack...

Think that covers enough on the receipts? The steel supplier can't dig up the receipt from my chassis materials (2 years ago) and axles were made myself.

Sounds like enough to me.
