DVLA Carlisle AGAIN
I make no apologies for posting about them AGAIN. SVA 6th April, forms to DVLA Carlisle 6th April. STILL no progress. Even the DVLA Swansea's
own email contact service replied that the process should take 20 to 30 working days. As of last Friday Carlisle minion says another 4 weeks or so. He
even had the cheek to say that he does this in his spare time, unpaid, and the time he was spending talking to me was taking him away from his work.
SO now contacted my local MP in absolute disgust. See what HE can do. DO NOT GO TO CARLISLE DVLA!!!!

I really cannot believe how useless some govt departments are.
I'm still waiting for a reply to a letter I sent to the NI people at Newcastle on the 6th March
Is there not some kind of 'customer service' area within the UK govt one can appeal to in order to get things moving?
