yet another IVA question

Hi folks, basically im still filling in the IVA forms and have got to the section about alarms and imobilisers, now i have both fitted but fitted by myself, so i have no certification is it best i state no alarm/ imobiliser or i do know someone who might give it the once over and pass it off as fitted by their company, your thoughts suggestions are much appriciated
also what receipts/ photos should i send off to them of proof of amature build i was thinking kit receipt, diff and driveshaft receipt havent got one for the engine tho I have kept every receipt but unsure what else would be worth sending off
Cheers Greg

If you have ignition key and steering lock as per donor you dont need the immobilizer so I wouldnt offer it as an extra.

Thanks for reply! I have ignition but no steering lock so i guess i need a secondary security measure although just done a search and someone has stated for amature builds may not need a certificate possibly a call to Vosa

There was a post about this a while ago. I beleive there is a section of the IVA which says for amateur builds, you now dont need a certificate of approval.

How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?
