A little help with the SVA Application
I know there's another thread below asking for help but I wanted my own
I'm filling in the form while I've got the week off work and I'm a little stuck on a few of the questions.
Q2 and Q3 relate to the make and model of the car, I'm only stuck on this because I can't think of a name, I suppose this is down to me
Q10. I'm guessing that this is more for the Importers than the kit cars. Are they just wanting the cheque number there?
Q13b. Does anyone know the max power engine speed for a 1300 X-Flow?
Q16. Is asking for country of first reg or offered for sale. Would that be 'England', 'GB' or 'UK' ?
Q17. Wants proof of enging manufacture date. Will I get away with the V5 or will I need a letter from Ford? (the engine number is on the V5)
I think that's all really
Any help is appreciated.

hi lee i,ll try to help:
i made the mistake of leaving this blank i call my car a Sharp 7 but put it on everything but this form.when the dvla was reg,ing the car they said
where did i get the body work i said Triton the next thing i know its reg,ed as a Triton 7!!
left no 10 empty
max power i put 5000revs and 100mph
they never questioned it at sva
i put uk on my form.
age of engine: i got proof from ford (very quick service) but at sva was told that a cross flow was old enough to spot so no proof needed
hope this helps in some way good luck with it all

Lee,
Try this site
Very useful, with filled-in forms and some helpful hints. They show the old SVA application forms, but the questions are same (just on different
pages).
