Do you need to fit a grill to the nosecone.
We should get the ramps for the trailer in the morning.

You'll be wanting a new end piece for your silencer. I had the normal Micron one on mine and it blistered the poo out of my rear arch. As for the front wings, I believe they do need to extend down to the middle of the wheel and far enough forward to cover the leading edge of the rim, NB not the tyre. Not too sure about width wise, as I can't remember if they need to cover the tyre or the rim.

It's in my version of the SVA manual, section 13-3-e

1; Above the horizontal plane passing through the axis of rotation must not project beyond the vehicle body plan form (other than in the case of tyres...)

So the rim has to be entirely hidden when seen from above. Which means you should be ok. However, it has, in the past, been taken as the wing has to extend down the rear half of the rim too, although it's not actually there in the rules.

Think I can sort that with some pre-fabbed ali plates that can be bonded on if required!

Only requirement in the manual is that it must cover the front and back of the rim when viewed on plan.
Anything else must be a Beverly interpretation as it ain't in the manual.
I asked this specific question at Nottingham SVA, having also been told this, and they said no requirement to be below centreline at back of wheel.
This has been discussed many times in previous threads on here.
