LED number plate mounts
I bought some combined LED number plate bolts. They have a small white LED built into the bolt which shines inwards
Is there any problems with SVA. Similar to the ones at the bottom of the page

My questions would be:
1. radiuses - are they OK?
2. do they give enough light for the number plate?

Going to be difficult that one. You don't have a number plate fitted for the sva, just the light. So proving they will be suitable to
illuminate a plate that isn't there could be fun!
If I was you, I'd fit a standard one for the SVA test, but locate it lower than normal (so the plate covers the holes when installed).
Then fit the bolts later. The holes in the back panel will be hidden by the plate.
Or get a dummy plate made up, fix a bracket to that and fix a normal number plate light to that. Then you'd still only have the number plate
fixing holes, plus 1 for the wire.

I don't think they will pass. I made a numberplate sized plate with the lamp on top and rivited this to the bottom rail. light cost 4 quid from
indespension.
