I'll second that recommendation Fozzie.There is some really good information on their site and I relied totally on their help and specimen forms
when completing my applications and all went through without a hitch.

hey guys
is it just my technical rubbishness or are the specimen forms no longer on the web, i would love to see one filled in!

basically it means that they will check to ensure your plug leads are marked as "shielded".
