Amateur build declaration form?
Hi
Not wanting to hijack Peterparson's post
on SVA paperwork.
I have now downloaded the SVA form.
Reading through it. It says you need a
Amateur Build Declaration Form.
from www.direct.gov.uk
Well I'm dammed if I can find it 
Can anyone help?

The DVLA will send it too you when you when you send them the SVA1

VOSA will send it to you along with a request for photo evidence when you send them the SVA form.
