angle of dangle of rear lights

Hi all,

I know the fog light has to be square to the rear, but how close do the indicators and other rear lights have to be to being perpendicular? is ther a tolerance? or is there no specific reauirement?

many thanks

I think the SVA manual says "rear facing" so yet again its down to Mr SVA to make a judgement.

As long as 50% of the 'apparent surface' of the lamp in question complies with the required angles of visbility then it doesn't appear to matter.
Annex 3 Vertical Angles of Visibility 9.1 of the SVA manual gives all the required angles both. vertical and horizontal.
Available on the internet.
