Filling out a V627/1

Serial ID's for Chassis and engine I get. How about for suspension/axles and steering assembly?

Also original parts not used. What does this mean? All the panels that Ive not used that were made by Dax and Ive re-made?

Any other info/ additional documents. I assume these are the pic's that I enclose with the application? How many should I send? Do I send receipts as well?

Just put n/a for stuff that hasn't got an ID number.
Leave "original parts not used" blank or n/a.
Send major parts reciepts and photos. I sent them first class and got them back with a thank you letter within a week.

10-20? Send enough to make it look like you did it.
