Zetec Peak Power and vehicle speed

Filing in SVA form, and don't want it to come back for correction.

Using a 2.0l zetec, ported and flowed, lightened and ballanced on bike throttle bodies, expecting around the 165 to 175bhp mark. anyone running similar and know what speed they hit peak power and top speed of vehicle?

Use the figures for the standard Zetec
Peak power about 5500rpm
Top speed about 125mph
