has there been a full IVA manual released yet?
i kinda think they're leaving it a bit late if SVA applications are to stop from end of Feb...

The latest (post-consultation) version, v3.0, is being used for training by VOSA so is probably pretty close to finished. Link in the IVA sticky
thread at the top of the SVA forum.
