No there is no such thing as an iva in the Republic Of Ireland.
Why ask the question... I have a kit car registered in the Rep Of Ireland..
It quite difficult to do.. with a hugh amount of red tape and extremely expensive to get done...

simples........ to try to get a answer......
But thank you to the others in advance for their constructive advice, I can take it then that any vehicle (kit car) need to be built/tested &
registered outside the republic the exported over there.
