Hmm, lots of changes this time round, but I don't see any substantial impact for the average Locost builder. There's a section on 'steer by wire' which was interesting/scary to see, but hopefully it's not relevant to us!

I was looking for a change of wording on the speedo section, it does appear to have been updated but no mention of no longer using a rolling road to test.
