What name can you register your car as....
I assume if I wanted to I could SVA a locost and on the V5 have it called...... ooooh lets say a 'Beddowsport Flyer'...... now,
what's to stop you registering your newly built Locost as a Caterham or a Westfield then......especialy if you have used Caterham or Westfield
parts to build it - or is this an obviously stupid question?

No checks were done to say who my car was made by so I suppose you could call it anything you wanted, except that catering van etc, could then sue
your Ass for copyright.
They have done it before.

Spooky!
I just logged on to ask exactly the same question!
So boring old:
Vehicle make - Locost
Full model description - Seven Special
is OK?

Mine is an ALLANSON SE7EN, no checks just a slightly raised eyebrow!
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation
