Splitters / Diffusers
Assuming the radius of the lip was A-OK, are there any SVA rules as to how far a front splitter / rear diffuser can protrude from the main
bodywork?
Cheers!

Nothing specific other than the usual radius rules I think. You might have to remove the diffuser/undertrays though if the tester cant see stuff above
it that he needs to inspect. My tester said, although he couldn't see everything above the diffuser clearly, he was happy with the standard
elsewhere not to have it removed. It wasn't flat floored all the way though.

Both front & rear wings were on my car at SVA - they may have grown a bit since & they hadn't got the pointy bits on at the sides
(front) - but you shouldn't have any probs regarding SVA as long as radii are complied with.
It will also have an effect on where they take the "baseline" above which they check radii - assuming it will lower your baseline then it
could mean more radii being checked.
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.
