Naming on the log book

When it comes to the log book, what name usually apears under make and model?can we customize this?or does the SVA inspector decide this?

You decide by filling in the registration documents with the make and model name of your choice.

Nah, you decide. Mine's my surname! Then if the vehicle 'changes' a bit, who's to know any different!
