Hellooo, ive got some Alcon brakes to fit and ive got two brake cylinders, one is marked 0.75 and the other 0.875, am i right in thinking the front is 0.75 and the rear is 0.875.

Those cylinders are big,,, bigger bore cylinders require much more effort on the brake pedal.

0.7" and 0.75" are more typical or 0.625" and 0.7"

They are huge. But which ones which

Small one to the front normally.

So looks like there right.
0.75 front = 19.05mm
0.875 rear = 22.225

Back again, do they need to be any particular way i fit these, ie rear cylinder nearest the clutch pedal and front nearest the accelerator pedal.

Thinking out loud as it would seam i could just have the rear brack pipe just whip left around the corner and down the tunnel

Oh and should i fit the brake sensor to the rear one too ?

I suppose it only really matters if the brake bias arm controling knob is marked say clockwise for more rear bias, if you get my drift. my brake switch is on the rears but a school of thought says it should be on the front, something to do with less pressure on rears, if it's a standsrd brake switch don't forget to fit it contacts downwards to prevent an airlock in the switch
