I have the chance to get a bunch of suspension parts sand-blasted and plated tomorrow, but I want to mark the parts before they go off to be sure the right part goes in the right place (2 trailing links, 4 bottom links - all of very similar dimensions.)

Does anyone near me in Harrogate have a set to sell or loan? I need my parts ready for pickup tomorrow at 9am

How about using a centre punch to make a series of dots to identify them?

Mark with dots, it's easier.

Been there, got the set.

A couple of observations:
1) the punch set is made by Rolson . warning will robinson. Sure enough, when I tried to close the box the catch fell off and the box wouldn't close fully.
2) it says I can punch my name into most surfaces. If I heat the punches with a torch, then I can start branding people as well. surely that's an advertising plus they missed?
