For plate type friction LSD you need a hypoid GL5 oil with friction modifier Castrol do 2 or 3 different suitable products Castrol
Competition Product B373 is a tradditional proven choice. Just ebay search on "LSD Oil"
I also used this oil with Jack Knight Pawl LSDs altough I am not 100% t sure if it was really required with the pawl type
