master cylinder fail

fitted some new brake but couldnt get a good pedal on them, so today fitted the original m16 brakes went to bleed them and cannot get a pedal i presume the master cylinder has failed which would be why the new brakes i couldn't get right. just wanted some confirmation unless im missing something, ive done a little vid

That just shows that there is no resistance on the left cylinder which I presume is your front circuit. It doesn't automatically mean the cylinder is duff just that it has no pressure. Can you bleed the brake circuits independently?

They won't bleed that the problem pedal just stays one floor and there is plenty of fluid in the system, only swapped the calipers back over and they was full of fluid
