hi i have 7 x 13 and 8.5 x 13 tyres im currently running 215 45 13 and 235 45 13 khumos is there any other makes that people know of that make a larger profile??? or am i best going for a narrower tyre with bigger profile and squeezing them on??

Depends entirely on your motivation: Better handling/performance or following some delusion re making oneself "mo Attractive to Wimmen" ?
!85/70/13's are typically THE perf option on a sevenesque car :-)

mine runs 185/60/13 front. 205/60/13 rears.
