
i have some westfield ally rear uprights and want to remove the drive hub flanges from the centre of the bearing. zis there a DIY way or do i have to
find a michine shop and get pressed out?
any thoughts LCB massive?

Suspect it will be on a taper and b&^^$* tight. You should be able to do it with a bearing/hub puller but it will be tight last time I did a Lotus one the puller & hub shot 3 feet off the end shaft when it did come off.
They are not tapered, but they go through two seprate bearings which if they had no lube on assembly will be very tight to get off especially without
damaging the bearings.
Westfield do the job. If refitting bearings the hub needs heating before fitting otherwise they are prone to spliting.
