Due to being supplied the wrong front wishebones and thanks to assistance from British Trident the Cortina uprights I have need changing to Sierra
uprights.
So my question is which ones' does it matter and which disc fitment do we use.
Unfortunately all my knowledge is based around Cortina.
Also I will have the Cortina uprights and new discs for sale afterwards if anybody needs some
Many thanks in advance

Any Sierra, except the 4x4.
I'd use 260mm solids as opposed to vented.
I found 260mm vented took too long to warm up on the road.

You can get 240mm and 260mm.
I bought mine with Wilwoods (from MNR I think) and I spec'd them thinking bigger would be better.
^^ as above any normal sierra - but not 4x4 or cossie (they can be made to fit, but why make things more complicated.... )
the normal sierra hubs are all basically the same, but can have a range of brake disc/calipers fitted
the std. brake disc sizes on the sierra are: (each disc size has a caliper and mounting to match)
240mm solid - 1.3 and 1.6 cars (not very common, but quite light)
240mm vented - 1.8 and 2.0 cars without ABS
260mm vented - XR's, V6's and cars with ABS
fesycresy - are you sure you've got 260mm solid discs ?
(if they are where did you get them ? )

No, I had 260mm vented.
Try Rally Design or MNR for 260mm solid? May only be able to get 240mm solids?
