Because all the weight is at the front where the skinny wheel is.

Even if it is the best technical solution out there, it makes the car look so damn ugly that I personally wouldn't go for the concept!

But beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It needs wider rims with some stretched tyres on it

Interesting point to note on that though is that they'vealso pushed the wheelbase up quite a way which will drastically affect handlingin itself too. Apples and oranges comparison.
