Sierra Cos 2WD calipers / Cortina uprights

Hi,

Can I fit calipers and disc from a sierra cosworth 2WD on cortina uprights?

Is it difficult to make the conversion?
I have a .70 mm master cylinder, is it too small ?

I think there are conversion plates available from Demon Tweeks catalogue. From memory that is. Best check it out.
