Not being rude, but that's just a bog-standard 2-bolt, pressed-steel self-aligning bearing. Is the black plastic bit Sierra or is that what Shinybitz are really selling?
If the plastic bit is just a Sierra part, then the bearing would be a lot cheaper than £11.55 plus £2.50 p+p from your local bearing retailer.

Just about all the major manufacturers have those bearings in their range. You start by choosing the self aligning bearing (whether with locking ring or grub screw etc.) followed by the flange (whether cast iron, pressed steel, 2-bolt, 3-bolt, 4-bolt, plummer block etc.) and then any other items you care for such as rubber insulating mounts etc.
Look up your favourite bearing catalogue and you'll find a ton of part numbers.
Here's a sample.

Doesn't seem like a bad price to me, Farnells are charging over twice that price for a similar bearing. If you know of a cheaper bearing source then fess up Mr Rorty.

The RS catalogue shows similar bearings for a similar price. Therefore, with a bit of haggling, your local BSL would do them for about a fiver.

Although, the RS cat shows some very nice lightweight reinforced plastic items, for £3-£6, which are used on at least some sportscars, to my knowledge.
