Hello All
No doubt this has been dealt with elsewhere but my searches have yielded no answers.
What's the minimum wheel size that can be used with Sierra front uprights?
I've heard that 13s wont fit. What about 14s? Planning to use early solid brake set up rather than vented if that makes any difference.
Ta in advance.

Yep 14 should be ok, it's what some sierras were fitted with origonaly.
I dont think 13"s will fit over the calipers on the front of a sierra, though they should fit over the drums on the back.
The standard sierra wheel size was 14", and I think that is the smallest that will fit. However you are better off getting 15" alloys as
they amount of good rubber available for them is huge compared to that available for 14"s

Colway Formula Remoulds come in 14".
Another question answered. Who knows, I may actually sell my car and actually start my first build one day!
13s do fit on the smaller front hubs
I think 14s are a reasonable choice actually- it's what I'm running, and 185/60R14s are fairly cheap (Yoko A539) plus you can get the
21Rs/48Rs/R888 in that size too if you want flashy rubber...
Edited to say: my ebay-sourced aftermarket alloys fitted with A539s weigh 13.4kg. I think you'll struggle to get 15s down to that level.

I owned a 1.6 ecomax some years ago, it had 13" wheels as std
I think its a case of 13" steel wheels will fit no problem, but alloys wont as their section is a lot thicker...
