Will the Sierra master cylinder and Escort live axle drums all be 10mm x 1mm pitch?

Just done a Mondeo brake pipe today the label bag of unions states

"Brake Pipe Union 10mmx1mm 3/16"

All MK2 Escorts and very late Mk1 Escorts are metric --- pre circa 1974 Mk1 Escorts were 7/16" UNF.

I'm guessing that most Fords, if not all, must be 10x1 after the switch.

pretty much anything european and post mk2 escort era will be m10 x 1

older stuff and some US stuff will be 3/8 UNF

Girling master cyls, as used on bias setups etc, will also be 3/8 unf
