How should crush tubes fit into the poly bushes, as supplied my front wishbones need the tubes forcing in in the vice, yet the rears are a good hand push fit,

I think the tubing used in my wishbones & trailing arms is slightly differant dia so the fronts are compressing the poly bushes more than the rears,

should I take a few thou off the front tubes to let them fit by hand

When i fitted mine they all had to be pushed in by using a vice. I would think that it would be preferable to have them tight, rather than slack. Only my opinion of course, no hard facts to back it up. Regards, Chippy

I used upper and lower wishbones from 2 different mfrs.
On one the tubes were really tight fit and could only be pushed in using the vice.
The other were really really tight fit and could only be pushed in using the vice.
