Anyone know of a rack that would fit a
+4 front end? Will a normal escort or sierra or garnada rack fit? Or any other manual rack?

A standard Escort rack would work with track rod extensions. They're better in wider chassis as you get less bump steer.

No, dead simple, just 2 rack clamps. Mount as per book - poss a little lower. Try to get steering arms horizontal.

What I meant was because the front rails are 4" wider, will placing the mounts themselves be any harder? Will the normal book type be ok if they lean itwards a bit?

I've put an Escort rack into my +4 and had no problems at all, everything fits just fine. You will need some small track rod extensions made up though.
